Winter Snow

We had a good time playing in the snow over Christmas break. Randy was taking all of the pictures, so he is not in any. He did get to play with all the kids though. :)

Thanksgiving

Here are some pictures from Thanksgiving at Grandma Jeanne's and Grandad Chris' house. We had a good time getting together with all the Thurman and Ahern families.

Here are Ryan, Lindsey, Preston, Elijah, Nathan, and Noah. The only one missing of the cousins is Chloe.

Pumpkins

The kids always like carving pumpkins. This year we got to do it two different times. Great-Grandpa Dave gave us two pumpkins to carve. The boys really liked getting their hands messy. Then Grandma Jeanne carved a really big one for us. She grew this one at her house. Cousin Ryan was able to participate in this carving. The boys always like playing with Ryan. He is very close in age to Elijah, so they have a good time.

Mizzou Games

This fall we were able to attend 3 MU football games. We went to the opening game. The weather was great and we had a good time sitting on the grass. The 2nd game we went to was with Randy's work. They are always very kind each year and pay for families to attend one game. This year's game was very rainy and cold. But we still went and had a great time. The 3rd game we went to was homecoming. Randy's parents came down for this game. We attended the parade in the morning. The weather was a little colder, but we still had a good time. The kids were exhausted after the game and even fell asleep on the way home. This is very unusual for Elijah to do. It was only about 9 pm, but we had had a long day.

MU basketball games are always a lot of fun, too. We have been able to attend one so far. Hopefully we can make it to at least one more before the season is over. The kids really like MU games. They love seeing Truman the Tiger, but every time he gets too close, they get scared. :)

Elijah is showing us his Tiger shirt. He was excited to wear it.
